Wainstones Shepherd's Hut

The hut was beautifully presented, very clean and very well equipped. It’s clear a lot of love and care has gone into creating the hut. Lindsey is an excellent host and made us feel very welcome! Very highly recommended

Our little stay was amazing, such a cute cosey place, with thought to detail... little chocolates on the bed and treats in the fridge. Hosts were amazing before hand and met on sight with a big smile... litterally could not fault at all. It was raining and windy during our stay and had chance to use the log burner which added another level if cosyness....

That we didnt book on a extra night... would have loved a extended checkout but fully understand host have a little family and need to prepare for next guests.

Was just so peaceful, plenty of games available. Gorgeous views, comfy and clean.

We only stayed one night but it was the best recharge we have ever had! It is so quiet and complete. Just country nature at its finest. The hut was beautiful and the family were very thoughtful. They provided some essential food and drinks also which was a nice touch. You can order a packed lunch if you were busy too! Simple yet so elegant. Beautiful outdoor area to sit with an amazing view. We would absolutely come again and would love more than one night!

Just a small, fixable issue with flies creeping in. Think it was just bad timing more than anything!

Der Wohnwagen wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist erstaunlich komfortabel. Auch in puncto Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts: So gibt es einen Gasherd, einen Kühlschrank, einen Holzofen für kalte Tage sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Mein persönliches Highlight war, vom Wohnwagen aus die umliegende Landschaft wahrnehmen zu können. Insbesondere für Wanderer*innen bietet sich dieser Ort an: Der Cleveland Way und der coast to coast path sind circa 20 Minuten entfernt ...

Traumhaftes kleines vollständiges Tiny-Haus mit Bad, Küche und sogar kleinem Kamin inmitten toller Natur. Draußen zu frühstücken und die Aussicht genießen war genauso herrlich wie auf dem Bett zu lümmeln. Alles was für ein schönes Frühstück nötig ist, hat unsere Gastgeberin im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, frische Milch und Eier inklusive. Für uns sogar Nudeln für ein einfaches Abendessen da wir auf dem Coast to Coast zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Ich kann nur empfehlen länger zu bleiben. Für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern: unter dem Doppelbett ist noch ein weiteres Bett für Kinder ohne Platzangst.
