Ac working good. Very good price.

Lot of broken items. Extra mattress look dirty. Never been able to connect to wifi, even with the help of our contact. Cannot lock the patio door. Instruction to get the key not accurate.

Messy, "ipis" is all around,foul odor inside.no bidet,no flush in toilet bowl.dorr knob is broken.bedsheet is smelly and we feel itchy.

Everything I didn't like.

Security of the room and the space are good. Good water supply.

The day we had to check in, we called the contact no. Of vittoria but no answer and even the guards kept on calling but it was in vain. We were not informed of the room assigned to us and there was no endorsement to the guards. We had no choice but to book and paid another room so that we can sleep and rest. Even vittoria was informed about it, there was apology or compensation of the amount we paid to the room we stayed for one night. There is a television but the password is not correct. There was another password given but still not correct. There was no action on all our requests we did not even take photos inside the room because we were not really satisfied... I would not recommend to my friends.

I like the location of the unit that it's only accessible by stairs, no need to ride an elevator. And the building is not too far from the pool.

The bulb lights in the living room are almost out. The lights in the 2nd room is Almost out too. The cabinets inside the 2nd room are broken The lock of the glass window in the living room is broken The wifi was not working

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. They allowed someone else to occupy the unit despite the fact that we did not cancel our reservation. I even informed them that we intended to proceed with our stay. However, when we arrived, the unit had already been taken by someone else. It was embarrassing to have to share this bad news with my family. It feels unfair that we had the place booked and confirmed, yet it was given to other guests instead of us.

About our room its not clean ,dim lyt only smells bad and dusty

everything. the host was unresponsive. we tried to complain about the water licking near the sink. as it was flooding inside that it already reach the door of one of the bedroom. I tried to contact the host asking for an extra rag or mop but there’s no response at all. she seen my messages but ignored it. the beds are full of bed bug. that my sisters body is full of bites. we tried to book for family but one of the unit was located on a different building. what’s the point of booking it as a family if we can’t stay in the same place. completely not worth it.!!! they need to clean their beds it was disgusting.
