Not a lot. Dirty when we got there, had to clean everything in the dishwasher. Bath and showers blocked, smell unbearable. Cupboards full of junk you couldn’t tell if it was clean or not. Door in the bedroom wouldn’t lock and had no blind so had to sleep with a door that wouldn’t lock with my young family - thank god we weren’t burgled as this nullified my insurance 🤷‍♂️ No duvet in the kids room just a fur blanket so they were frozen. Did sort on second night - how kind… Raised all this with the owner the next morning- who told me not to worry about the door and then sent a cleaner around- I did worry about the door and didn’t asleep all night the first night (the sun would have woken us up anyway as we had no blind 😳) No lanyards for the pool so couldn’t use it. No instructions given on how to check out. Booking.com then tried to fob me off with a derisory offer of about 12% compensation as a credit to spend with them having ruined 50% of my stay chasing security and assurances. As apparently the owner/managers felt I wasn’t due any compensation for the situation we found 🤣🤣 If you’re still reading this I think you get the gist….

Building fine and a lovely location. Owner or managers of the property shockingly poor and should never have been allowed to rent this property as the owner knew the door was faulty.

Appartement mit sehr großem Wohnraum und großer Terrasse sowie schönem Blick auf den Rock und in den Hafen

Wir können die anderen negativen Bewertungen leider alle nur bestätigen: schlechte Kommunikation, dreckiges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank völlig verdreckt, Esstisch klebrig, ungeputzt und weitere Schmutzecken, ein Fön kaputt, so wie die Steckdose im Bad, Schranktüren ließen sich nicht öffnen, aus einer Dusche läuft das Wasser ins Bad, keine Handtücher, nur Duschtücher, keine Badematte, Bettwäsche ungebügelt und schlecht aufgezogen, wirkte fast wie benutzt, keine Garderobe im geräumigen Flur, kaum Besteck, keine Schere, keine Geschirrtücher usw. So etwas haben wir während all unserer Reisen noch nicht erlebt. Wir waren zu einer Hochzeit hier. Das hat den Genuss etwas getrübt. Luxus sieht für uns anders aus!

Lovely big modern apartment, 2 bed 2 bathrooms , fantastic wrap around balcony.location is excellent overlooking the marina.

No shower gel or shampoo and conditioner.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk from Casement Square which is at the start of main street and shops. There are restaurants and pubs just down the path from the apartment.

Finding the correct key safe to get the keys as they are not numbered.

Absolutely everything, a wonderful apartment fantastic location, very clean and modern, amazing!!!
