Spotlight Hotel near Hundred Islands Wharf

The staffs are approachable. Nice place, good breakfast,clean room

The furniture/ design. We were able to reschedule and book another room with double beds.

The insects in the beds. The people of the hotel although offered us another room immediately. The breakfast was okay, but not everything that real clean (table, teaspoon, saucer with cup of coffee

Property is a 2min drive away from the Hundred Islands National Park, can be walked in less than 15min. Close to 711 and Mcdonald's. Mind you, this is a province up north but the hotel is decent enough to make you feel comfortable. AC is strong, plus they have fans if you wish to elevate your room temperature. Hospitality of the staff is UNMATCHED. Everyone can multi-task and cater to your needs. There was an event during our stay and the place was fully booked but the staff still delivered and made sure our needs were attended to. There is no in-property pool but there is a neighbor property under the same management (3min drive). There is hotel shuttle service, just tell the front desk if you wish to swim and they'll take care of it. If you are planning to tour the Hundred Islands, the hotel will assist you, just ask front desk. The driver is super nice, he assisted all of us up until we met our boatman, made sure we got into the boat, and after the day tour picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. Breakfast is really good, make sure to order the longganisa. During the event when the dining area was crowded, the staff still made sure we had our breakfast via room service. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, they make things happen. I can go on and on, but I would recommend you experience the rest on your own.

There is no elevator, which is fine because it's only a 4 story property but if you have a family member that cannot go up the stairs, make sure to inform the hotel so they can book your room on the 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs only)

It’s not 4 stars. Really really weak water. Not very clean. Had a lot of hair on the sheets. Had to climb stairs. No elevator. Bathroom isn’t 4 stars.

Receptionists helpful and friendly.

Breakfast very modest. Toast bread out of stock. Pan cake dry. Fried eggs cold. Shuttle not always available. Dinner and Pool arrangements not satisfactory. We ordeered dinner at 7 pm and food arrived at 9 pm.

In addition to the exceptional accommodations and dining options, the Spotlight Hotel also offered a range of amenities and services that enhanced my overall experience. Overall, my stay at the Spotlight Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The impeccable service, Comfortable accommodations, made it a truly memorable I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a sophisticated and luxurious stay in a prime location.
