"Oasis refuge in Lamu."

An oasis refuge in Lamu. The pool is the most refreshing body of water we encountered along the Kenyan north east coast. Great position The ambient symphony of singing in the nearby school, formed a great soundtrack to our stay

Tha fact that all visits to Lamu comes to an end.

Everything in the property was nothing but the best. The house was clean. Jamhuri was absolutely amazing. The house was very spacious.

Some sockets wouldn’t charge our phones.

Really cool Arabic:Swahili style place with great decor.

The description says you have the whole place to yourself but not true. There’s a caretaker there’ almost all the time in the shared space. He was really helpful bit not great for privacy

"We went on a eight-day family vacation and to visit family."

The house was majestic. Upon entrance it was like stepping into an oasis from the narrow, but cozy streets of Lamu Town. The architecture was stunning and its aesthetics and functionality impressive. As the house is glass and roof free the natural ventilation was a constant fresh and cool breeze in 30 degrees celsius weather. The house help Jamuhuri had the kindest soul. Everything felt safe and it always felt like coming home because he was there. The house was always clean and Jamuhuri was always ready to help with anything we needed. Asante sana!
