First of all, it is not a hotel at all. It is just an apartment complex where some apartments are available for rent, while others are occupied by their owners.

The hallway was quite dirty. It was described as 45 square meters, but in reality, it's less than that. Personnel is always busy to answer your requests.

Hotel lied about ability to arrange transport from airport leaving us waiting for them for more than half an hour while trying to reach them with no avail. When eventually someone picked up they told us to sort it out ourselves even though only a few hours before we had agreed someone would be waiting for us Rude staff all hotel services were delayed

Lovely hotel, rooms and facilities really nice.

Staff dont speak much english, chef not good. Food always arrived cold and not tasty

Beautiful resort 10 to 15 min walk to the beach Shuttle service was good , it will be better if they have it more often

Buggy was sometimes late to take you up the hill .

Large apartment complex, looks great, swimming pools, varied good breakfast. Quick early check-in (12 noon). Staff responded quickly to requests for towels and bedding for the child. Cool pools on the roof, but a lot of trash in the area. Acceptable for 4 nights, not worth more.

The room was for three people, but 3rd set of towels, water and the bed were not prepared in advance. Room = studio, absolutely not meant to accommodate 2+1 or more, incredibly cramped with the sofa constantly spread out. Lots of extra furniture, tables, table chairs, kitchen! Closet in the bathroom = everything is constantly damp. The air conditioning did not work well and the phone did not work, to which I was told try tomorrow may be it will suddenly work) I had to call at 6am to check out from the corridor. Disgusting coffee for breakfast. Inattentive and sometimes poor English speaking reception staff. Requests were fulfilled but they took a long time to explain. You can not do anything in this hotel without transportation, the beach is far away, the driveway is very long and hilly. The garbage on the hotel grounds is selectively removed. Both the apartment residents and the hotel residents throw away garbage wherever they like. There were glasses of the vaunted Starbucks in the elevator lobby 4 out of 4 days.

Nothing really. Safety zero especially swimming pools on the roof.

I didn't like anything. Too crowded , little facility for the crowd, very late check in. Non functioning lift, not functioning kids pool. No value at all.

Swimming pools are great. On face value, so is the suite, if you don't look too closely.

Bathrooms not clean. We weren't given drinking water 2 out of our 3 day stay. No pool towels supplied. Our phone didn't work to call reception or the buggy pick up service. The beach shuttle didn't pick me up when said they would. And it's a hike back from the beach, very steep hill to climb in heat. The restaurant food was not good, and they gave us a beer 5yrs past it's best before date. All in all I wouldn't recommend this resort at all. For the cost we expected better. Plenty of other places to stay.
