The elevated location was quite nice, the pools were pleasant. Close to beaches although not quite walking distance, we booked because of a very generous genius discount feeling safe that it would still be reasonable level because of the 5-star rating (it wasn't) and the general lack of co-ordination and effort by staff was woeful. IE three people standing behind the pool bar but had to walk up to get their attention each time service was required.

This is not a 5 star property, and misrepresenting it as such is just plain annoying. A couple of quick examples, the bare minimum in toiletries, one one roll of toilet paper. No utensils or plates in the room not even a cork screw of a bottle opener. When we ordered room service with a couple of beers the server opened a beer bottle for us but when we asked how we could open the other bottles later there was not answer (english was not adequate).

The apartment complex is excellent, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The beds are very comfortable, and the views from the windows are impressive. It's in a quiet location, conveniently close to Surin Beach.

The room is spacious but lacks coziness. It features a large wardrobe room with only a few hangers available. There's minimal furniture, and adjacent to the kitchen is an entirely empty room. The kitchen is equipped with just a plug where the stove should be, and it lacked any dishes or utensils. Overall, the room did not meet the expectations set by the apartment complex's standards and was overpriced. The onsite breakfast and café options were disappointing. We found ourselves eating out most of the time.

Room, facilities and breakfast were amazing. Also view from the room and rooftop were really nice.

Didn't feel welcomed at all by the staff in reception. Not whilst checking in, asking questions nor checking out. Felt really arrogant. Also they told deposit would come next day when checking in and by checking out it was 2 weeks. This should have been mentioned, overall very nice experience ruined by staff. Also we booked double room and got single beds.

Food was good. View was nice. Room was comfortable. Laundry services quick but expensive.

It was a decent stay, room was nice but the reception are always really busy and don’t respond to calls. It can be difficult to get reach of the staff and it can get a bit frustrating. The house cleaning didn’t do a great job at cleaning the room when we requested. The sink was clogged upon our arrival and it remained that way until we left (4 days), no one came to fix it.

Looks nice from the outside, nice rooftop pool with lovely views, surin is a really nice area too would definitely stay in the area again.

There are no cushions on any of the sun loungers which made them very uncomfortable. Additionally there are not many sun loungers. The hotel does not provide pool or beach towels which is inconvenient. There are no shower facilities to use if you have a late flight after checking out- only the showers by the pool. The hotel was not very clean at all. Windows and lifts in the hotel building were filthy. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned for a while. Our room was not cleaned, we were only given new towels and the bed re-made.

Nice hotel/apartment complex with many pools. Facilities we good and clean. We were a family with small children so the two bedroom - two bathroom apartment was perfect.

Our air-conditioner was leaking a lot of water but as we only had a short stay we were happy to tolerate it for two nights. Replacing toilet paper and not many toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner but fortunately we had our own.
