It was a very comfortable space. The location could not have been better. It was central, very quiet with a convenience store a couple of doors away. The car was safely parked. What more could you want?

We had a bit of difficulty with the door codes; it may be our age! I found the key box to the apartment was hard to open partly because I have arthritic hands.

Location is brilliant

No mention of 1.9m height limit at car park entrance. Couldn't get out ford torneo (2.1m) through the arch so had to pay for 3 days parking a mile away .

Lovely spacious flat. Two bathrooms was a big + and plenty of room to relax. Christmas tree was a nice touch

Great location and free parking, can't get anything better for location... apartment nice size, 2 bathrooms a bonus. Love York.

A preference for a main bedroom a king-size bed would have been better for us personally... especially when it's not cheap to stay here. The showers were great for hot water in the morning, but later on in the day just got cold water, not great for December, and when on the shower head just kept slipping down when in use, ok if your 3ft tall. Sofas very low. It could be great a great apartment, not quiet there, looks a little tired and in need of TLC in some areas. We would visit again purely for the location.

The location was bang on and anywhere with free parking on-site is fantastic. The property was very comfortable, well appointed and well maintained.

Location and the free parking. Plenty of space.

Cooker was dirty. Heating stopped working in the lounge. Rang support and a security person was sent who didnt know how to fix it. We stayed here same time last year and had problems with heating which were not fixed during our stay. Such a shame, could be fantastic.
