Lounge furniture could have been more comfortable, better quality. Couldn't get oven to function properly.

Great location ,great facilities peaceful and quite ,requested an early checkin due to my wife’s health and this was granted which was a great help after the Journey,much appreciated.

After staying in the penthouse last year which was superb we were disappointed with this flat due to finding cobwebs from the ceiling ,dust on the backs of doors no hook on the bathroom door to hang clothing or towel. Also 3 holes on the kitchen wall where something had been removed but the holes had not been filled in and there was no shelving in the fridge door for bottles ,part of the floor in the hall was coming up . The flat needs some maintenance and cleaning to get this flat back to standard .

The size of the property, its location to town centre, and Minster just a very short walk away, was very comfortable, and having secured on site parking an absolute bonus, will definitely stay here again

Small issues only. I would like to see a small key holder or hanger by the door on the inside. Lamp in extractor fan kitchen needs replacing. Photo shows large sofa in black but this has been replaced by 2 smaller sofas since. Fridge door is missing parts to put bottles in so space reduced... Bin lid not connected to foot pedal... Small things 😄. Otherwise excellent.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need, including parking, wifi, etc...

Even though there is a lift, there are still stairs to get to every room and outside to carpark.
