On our first night we reported TV wasn't working properly someone came round said we need new one ! Didn't hear from anyone after that so had to use our tablets to watch at night , so a bit disappointing.

Lovely property to stay in, very quiet. Location 10/10 out front door onto goodramgate. parking 10/10 safe and spacious. kitchen 10/10, bathrooms 10/10, double bedroom 10/10, twin room 7/10 (more for two children than two adults, no mirror/dressing table). Lounge 10/10. Better than the photographs. Good quality throughout accommodation, absolutely spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Heating was difficult, individual heaters and complicated thermostatic controls TV didn't connect. Stairs - there are stairs from car park to back of the property and small stairs (about 4 to lift on first floor) if you have mobility issues.

Brilliant location and great to have a car parking space. The Heating was easy to control and we had appropriate levels of lighting in each room. We really liked the sensor lights for use at night. The en-suite bathroom had a very good shower.

The duvet had a cover about 2 sizes too big. We discovered this when we untucked it, as we don’t like duvets tucked in. It had loads of empty fabric hanging loose.

Lovely and clean in an absolutely great location with comfy beds and nice white linen quilt covers. It has a lovely big room to sit at one end or make a cuppa at the other end. Really lovely.

Sat nav didn't take me to car park it took me to road where there were bollards and I've no sense of direction so had difficulty finding car park. If I'm being picky there were a few creaky floorboards but you'd expect that from a property that age.

Self catering. Otherwise very comfortable and excellent location. Would definitely use again.

Stairs from car park was difficult for one of the party.

My only minor thing was the blue couch. So uncomfortable and too many codes to remember to get in to the property
