Location fantastic,everything you needed was in apt. Home from home.

Main bathroom extract fan not working,so damp smelling.Would have liked more pillows.

very close to the shambles and all the amenities great apartment

the stairs up to the apartment weren't great for my elderly mother thete was a lift but then even when using it was more stairs at top of that to our apartment

Excellent location and so comfortable and warmly furnished

Lovely apartment stayed here before and it is still as good.Better with extra seats in lounge they have provided.we would definitely recommend this place to stay. Also so close to shops.

The proximity to the main city and right outside the front door, any shops/shambles market one wanted

Too many codes to remember to park the car and getting to the apartment. once getting the key it is better. A small thing, The apartment front lock box is very difficult to push a tiny knob down to let the latch down.

Great central location, and car parking amazing. Spacious and comfortable, the flat was perfect for our needs. To walk out onto a city centre street and be right in the middle is a real bonus.

Kitchen equipment adequate, but not plentiful
