Superb location. Excellent that there was free parking. Comfortable apartment with everything required for our stay.

Roman blinds must have been fitted by someone very tall! Very difficult for short people to activate without clambering on things.

Love the location, right in the centre! Lots of space and well equipped

It’s chilly , some radiators didn’t seem to work, oven didn’t get hot enough, and the blinds can only be pulled down if you’re over 6 foot tall!!!. I work in the trade you can get longer chains as long as they’re 150 cm from the floor, these aren’t more like 200 cm+

The location and parking are excellent. The flat was very clean and generally well appointed. Bathroom and ensuite are very good with a powerful shower.

We couldn't get the oven to come up to temperature. We think we followed the instructions. There wasn't really enough cutlery. We had to wash forks in the middle of dinner to use with cake.

Location!! So central to everything. The apartment is within a quiet and secure complex.

The location was brilliant for pubs,restaurants abd sll attractions .

There wasn’t anything thst we didn’t like we had a great time.

We holidayed here last year and it was our kind of place. nobody bothering us, a secure gated place for our car, three days old this year. we parked it on the first day and used it again when we left. So much to do in York and we were in the centre of it. Smashing People, really good restaurants, the market {we took home excellent meat, take a cool box} The Syrian restaurant next door a marvel, I am taking a Syrian food course; it was that good. We loved the Minster, free tours and watching the stone masons just exceptional. The Italian 2 mins down the road is good and the prize winning fish and chip shop 2 mins from the front door a dream as is the bakery again 2 mins away and we took their BLT rolls to eat on our return journey, not your average tasteless M and S roll but full of flavour..So much more, we will be back. Came home rested and full of admiration for that lovely city.My husband loved the train museum but there is always a downside, grin.

For such an immaculate place for some reason the lavatory pan in the en-suite was rather badly stained. Think the black sofa is about due for a change not that comfortable. Minor irritations.
