"Exceptional"

Great location. Directions clear so it was easy to find. Lots of space. Everything we needed for a few days.

A bit tricky to get into the car park - narrow entrance. Too warm at times and hard to adjust the heating.

"The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The location was excellent, great to be right in the centre and able to walk to most of the visits. Even though is was central it was very quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed, as was the lounge and kitchen area.

We found the bedroom blinds a little difficult to open and close. We could have done with a few more glasses and mugs.

Fantastic location, nicely decorated, modern, clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. It was very quiet and peaceful and yet central York was just a minute away. Free on site parking was a bonus too. Highly recommended

Recycling bins would be useful; not a complaint just a suggestion.

Onsite parking. The location of the flat was amazing! Everything on our doorstep.

With a little more attention to cleaning this place would be perfect
