The location was perfect. Staying on the Medieval Mile allowed us to explore everything we were hoping to...Kilkenny Castle, the cathedrals, all the shops/pubs/restaurants/etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was cozy.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the stairs leading up to the room are narrow. When carrying heavy luggage up to the room, it can be a bit challenging. But hey, that's part of the fun of travel. It's a very minor inconvenience. Everything else about the place is wonderful.

"Enjoyed our stay every think was great except the stairs"

Very spacious bright room with large bed which was sooo comfortable.Excellent shower and everything very clean .

The entrance stairs were awful to climb with our cases.Very very narrow stairs.Should be flagged when taking a booking.
