It was fantastic ,huge comfortable bed and room , amazing shower and tea and coffee facilities, there was water left in fridge which was a lovely touch too

Perfect central location. We were able to see everything we wanted, and easy to find food and pubs in the evenings. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Parking was well explained, but we arrived at a tough time of day. All in all it was manageable, just be aware of busier times for arrival.

"Beautiful room with great decor and bathroom amenities"

The room was lovely! The shower was wonderful. The water fluctuated in pressure but if you turn the knobs a bit back and forth the pressure improves. Very comfy bed!

The climb to rooms 3 and 4. I don’t know if I missed that upon booking but it is a climb on spiral stairs. Since I was bringing my parents in their 70s, that was challenging but they said the room made up for it.

"Quirky and central"

Well designed accommodation, quirky entrance to building, like a secret door in an alleyway. Very central. Parking adjacent.

Heating seemed to be malfunctioning, was cold. Did not get satisfactory response from management.

Comfortable stay and nice room. Central location. Room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

The bar was loud at night. White noise from phone helped make it less bothersome. A white noise machine in the room would help a lot

Ideal location. Right where we wanted to be for exploring everything Kilkenny has to offer. Bed was very comfortable and loads of shops and bars easily accessible to us.

Very basic- just the room but if that’s all you need like us then nothing negative. It was very loud but suited us as people that wanted to go out and explore and didn’t mind being up late at night.
