Fab location, spacious and tidy property, easy 5-10 minute drive into Lincoln

The cottage is well presented, excellent location with bus stops out front and P+R easy to get to. All facilities excellent

Beautiful property, every appliance you could possibly need. Comfy bed & spotlessly clean. Andy went above & beyond to make sure we had all instructions & a fabulous touch with the fizz & chocolates for my birthday, which was a wonderful gesture. Thank you so much, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Location was excellent for an event we went to at the Lincolnshire Showground and going to the Cathedral and visiting Lincoln. Lincoln was beautiful and definitely worth visiting. This property was to a much higher standard than most holiday homes. Everything was high spec. It is a great size, lots of space. Everything we needed was provided, plus a few extras which we really appreciated. The holiday house is next to the owners property in a gated garden. Parking space close to the property. Beds really comfy. We had a fantastic stay. We met Andy before we left. Lovely host. E-mail communication before arrival was really good. Would have felt happy to make contact if there had been an issues but everything was easy to find and use.
