No one on the reception to deal we wait for 2 hrs missed iftar and salah and on check out time no security guards to open the check post again we waited for long which effects our schedule and comfort

The pillow smells bad. Looks like it never changed. There was no kettle for hot water No slippers

I stayed at Haya Grand Hotel in Madina with my wife and two young children. The hotel’s location was undeniably convenient—just a 5 to 7 minute walk from the main areas—which made exploring the city quite easy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the floor was extremely dirty. When I moved the bed, it became clear that the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest’s departure. The bathroom conditions were also below standard. Both the sink and the shower had noticeable cracks, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about maintenance. Additionally, towels were not provided unless specifically requested, and even then, they were only delivered on the day before our departure—a considerable inconvenience for a family with young children. Communication with the staff proved to be another challenge, as their limited proficiency in English made it difficult to address these issues promptly. While the hotel’s prime location is a definite advantage, the shortcomings in cleanliness and customer service significantly impacted our overall stay. I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the quality of their facilities and services for future guests.

The location was great. Close to the grand Mosque. Small walking distance. About five minutes. Has the necessary shops and amenities around the building.

The interior walls of the hotel were visibly dirty, with traces of human snot. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets were discoloured, concealed beneath the duvet. The shower basin kept clogging up. Fortunately, there was a spare bed available, which I opted to use instead. Also the location details on Booking.com was incorrect. The location provided on the website is 1km away from the actual hotel. That needs fixing. As I was on a Umrah visit, the hotel presentation was not important to me.
