Hayah Grand Hotel

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in procedure was incredibly sluggish and chaotic when we arrived, which created a negative impression. We have to wait for check-in for over two hours. They then guide us to a room that hasn't been cleaned. They moved the room after complaint. However, there was no towel in the room; three hours later, they provided one after we asked for one. Although the location was convenient, I had higher expectations for my visit.

1- No daily room services and cleaning even after repeated requesting. 2- when I entered the room, I found that the bed sheets were dirty and unchanged?!

Close to Masijd An-Nabawi

The location was perfect. It is easily accessible to Haram.

I requested a reserve parking space, but upon arrival, they denied it, and it was a huge hassle to find parking around Haram.
