Hayah Grand Hotel

The hotel was not worth the price. It was not clean. Windows a lot of pegeon poop, broken shower, there was no cleaning, you have 2 ask for it and still they will say not now. The bus stops far from the masjid, so you rather walk to the masjid

Short distance to Haram

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was spoiled by issues with cleanliness and space. The entire hotel, including my room and bathroom, was not as clean as I had expected. Additionally, the room and bathroom were very congested, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The hotel's appearance in the photos was not an accurate representation of what I experienced. The photos seemed to showcase a more spacious and cleaner environment, which was not the case during my stay. The one redeeming quality of the hotel was its proximity to Masjid Nabawi. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, making it an ideal choice for those who want to be close to Masjid

The staff The guy on the reception during day time is like…don’t talk to me, just let me use my mobile phone The cleaners, if you ask them to clean the room, they talk to you as if you are a 3rd class citizen.

Only location is good. Facilities and furnitures are worst. Room size is very small. They are taking advantage of their location and taking more money. Overall I will rate it bad and from next time I will search for another alternative.
