Had a lovely night, didn't eat in the premises as it was late when we finally got sorted but the young guy had left condiments and cutlery outside our door for when we returned with a takeaway. Wasn't able to thank him the next morning.

Not having a shower, bath instead

Having to enter the building via the back door after a night out, even tho it wasn’t late and the pub was closed!

Comfortable and friendly people

Issue with fire alarm going off all night. Was there on my own so had to call fire brigade. Offered a refund for the night stsy because of no sleep but still waiting a month later.... I guess time will tell

Spacious room with comfortable bed and good shower. Very generous welcome basket. The staff were great with someone helping my partner to show him the way to the hotel when a closed road confused us. A brilliant location in the heart of town.

Had hoped to eat at the pub on the first night but they stopped serving food at 5pm. The carpets are in dire need of replacement and they spoilt the feel of the room making it feel dirty.
