"Disappointing"

Bed was comfortable with clean bedding.

No heating in the room, as radiators didnt seem to work. Tray and water glasses not been changed for weeks, as glasses had mould growing inside. Bathroom dusty and in need of a good clean, also bathroom door didn't close.
