What a lovely place to stay. Our only problem was we could just stay the one night. 😢. It was literally a place to sleep but if I’d known we would’ve arranged to stay another night. Will definitely be back.

Great location on the Market Square and interesting historical connection to the theatre world, before the Georgian Theatre Richmond!

Was a nice room, bed was very comfortable, daughter really liked her bed as well, my 10 year old was very satisfied with the stay.

There was a small amount of dust on the ledge of the TV a tiny oversite which I rectified in 30 seconds (this seems to be an unsurmountable issue to some travellers).

The room was great, everything you need but not fussy like some places, view over the square was fantastic! Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating.

It is located in the centre of the town and the Manager went out of his way to help us

The property was bike friendly and no issue with taking my bike to the room. The member of staff was friendly and helpful when I booked in. The room was a decent size with everything I needed.

Being in the square, it gets quite noisy. I had to close the window to keep the noise out.

The location

The key didn't work. No shower, just a bath.
