The reception was extra amazing. Alice was at our service when we needed anything. The room was nice and bed was soo cozy, hot shower was on point.

Food.The quantity was too little for the cost and rice was not tasty. Breakfast was good but need more options/buffet breakfast

"friendly and clean, but noisy with poor hotel technical services"

the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. the food (breakfast), even if it came with a very reduced variety, was delicious.

the poor management and technical problems: I had to call reception for wifi, then for hot water, then even once for electrical power that went dead in my room. the setting being inside a mall in a rather industrial area, with very poor sound isolation, it was extremely noisy night and day.
