The hotel is lovely only no Windows in the rooms where someone could open for frrsh air otherwise everything else is fantastisch

Location was close to Thika road and in shopping mall ,easy to shop and buy drinks and food . staff were very friendly and ready to help at all times

The rooms were too warm ,no windows or any outside ligit at all. My main issue purpose of booking the rooms is I wanted to relax and use the spa and steam, after a long day working .I checked in around 4pm and wanted to relax ,I was asked to pay extra for 2 hour use of facilities .only free swimming and gym .Breakfast is not included at the hotel .

The staff are really friendly and helpful

I really dont understand how they allow the club in the same building to play such loud music from Monday to Monday. The music is sooo loud that you need ear plugs in the night. And they dont stop until morning. Cant understand why one would one have such nice hotel and see it going down like this

Extremely loud during the nights (up to 4 a.m.) due to the bar/club above the hotel even during the weekdays.
