returned to Robero Resort for the second time, and once again I found it incredibly hard to leave. I even ended up extending my stay for a few extra nights. The lovely staff, the clean rooms, and the wonderful atmosphere of the resort make it one of the best places to relax and recharge after a long journey through Rwanda. Whenever I’m back in Rwanda, I will definitely return

Breakfast was simple, fast and included espresso milk drinks. The pool was great, there is a warm (not hot) hot tub that was nice! Loved the view, the music wasn't blaring, a great staycation place!

Beds were rock hard and so were pillows. Rooms were really hot despite having the windows open. There are screens which keep out the bugs but despite running the fan all day the room never really cooled down. Also our room was facing the street and there were cars honking and driving up and down.

The most beautiful hide-away in the mountains of Kigali. The premises are full of well-kept flowers, an amazing pool and jacuzzi area with the restaurant and bar staff attending to everything you might need. It was good to have a restaurant on the premises to have dinner when you don't want drive all the way to town anymore. A huge thank you to the Manager Mr Serge whose communication and helpfulness with everything was truly top tier, I felt very well taken care of at Rebero Resort. If I come back to Kigali, I would definitely come back here.

Some of the rooms are currently being equipped with kitchen utensils and mini-fridges. There was no menu at the breakfast for 3 days and I felt a bit lost, but it improved after a few days with a buffet of fresh fruit, smoothies, warm soup, freshly done eggs, etc.

During my trip to Rwanda — the 99th country I’ve visited — I stayed two nights at Robero Resort. From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcome. The manager personally picked me up from the airport and immediately provided all the help I needed. The resort itself is beautifully designed and very well taken care of. My room was spotlessly clean. The gardens are lush and green, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, and the views over the surrounding hills are absolutely breathtaking. The WiFi is excellent throughout the entire property, which is perfect for travelers like me. The food was delicious every single time, and the coffee… simply amazing! But what impressed me the most was the staff: the most kind-hearted and caring people. They made me feel at home from start to finish. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the incredible hospitality and all the support during my stay. I wish you all the very best — and I truly hope to see you again!
