The swimming was great. The general ambience is excellent and staff very receptional. Breakfast can still improve with extra varieties.

I have to personally compliment your Kitchen staff, all of them, they were fantastic. They did everything to make my people satisfied. No complaint what so ever. They were happy to help every time. And with a smile. The buffet breakfast was good. The environment and scenery was amazing. Total value for money

-The room can be very hot and humid, still when it is cold outside. Unless the door and windows are open... No fresh air. Why there is no fan at least? -Check out was strange. They asked if they should order me a taxi, however there is one free airport transit in the booking. Finally, after one hour I could suddently go (rushed, was 'encouraged' to leave...) to the airport with their staff. -No free bottled water but kettle... Toothbrush but no toothpaste. -The service at the dinner was fully confusing and slow. It used to be anyways challenging to find the staff around the restaurant. Then first they got me the second course and forgot about the soft drink fully. Then they could not tell anything about the soup which interestingly arrived in 2 mins. after I asked about that... Just I was there and a couple, so 2 order and mine was 2 items only and 3 types of drinks... Well... I'd not recommend them yet to work for Gordon Ramsey. :) -The whole place is very nice, fancy design and naturalistic, but not so practical, like getting to the restaurant from the room via the parking lot? You can get lost easily, it is a huge estate. Almost a taxi (golf car) is needful. :)

Situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Our host was very hospitable and arranged free airport shuttle to and fro. The breakfast was very helpful. We arrived late (after 9pm) and still got a great meal at the restaurant.

We had fun and regretted having to leave so soon.
