Beautiful renovated cottage in Mersham Ashford Kent

Everything about this place was amazing the place the location and how beautiful it really was, just wish we had more time to experience it better

Lovely little cottage in a very charming village. Conveniently placed for traveling to and from France. The renovation has been done to a high standard and we enjoyed using the log burning stove in the living room. Very spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and even a backyard to enjoy (in warmer weather). Compared to other properties in the area, I found it very well-priced. Thanks for a nice stay.

Like some other reviews mentioned, the single beds are very slim (but the room is probably too petite to fit anything bigger). The host kindly linked the two twin beds together for us to make it a double, which was thoughtful. However, you could feel the gap between the two, so you still had to sleep on one side. Perhaps a mattress topper would help this in the future. We also felt the living room could have a slightly bigger and comfier sofa, but that is just personal preference. Would still recommend this cottage :)

Very homely, modern and clean. The fire was cosy, it has everything we needed, including tea, coffee etc. the beds were comfortable, the information the host was clear and informative. We would definitely stay again.

Neighbours quite noisy as walls are very thin.
