"It was decent enough"

I enjoyed the quiet aspect of this property, with a very lovely kitchen and it was in a very pleasant area

It wasn’t very clean, could’ve done with more attention to cleanliness

"Quaint cottage in a lovely village, close to the pub!"

Lovely quaint cottage with all the facilities you would want. A home from home.

Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze and although the log burner was lovely, it did got too hot on occasion.

"AMAZING LITTLE COTTAGE"

The bed is SO comfy and the fireplace was amazing, to have a real fire warming the house was lovely, the dog planted himself in front of it and never moved! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Decent water pressure, an enclosed back garden for the dog, lovely big kitchen

The floor got cold downstairs! That's my only criticism

"Cute, and cozy cottage which excellent provisions & supplies"

Provisions in cottage very good. Everything you needed and perfect for a couple or small family. Easy to find and instructions provided prior to arrival very good. Towels and bedding provided. Toiletries provided in bathroom which weren't expected. Kitchen items very well provided for. Logs and items to light a fire provided for. Beds comfy and pillows comfy. Master Bedroom was lovely and very well laid out. Heating easy to adjust. Nice shower. Very 'cosy' - if you're wanting lots of space, this isn't for you but if you're wanting cozy and quaint, you'll find this just right.

Would have been handy to have an outside light to help with key access, has to use phone light - but was prewarned about this beforehand. Bathroom sink was a bit grubby but cleaned down and didn't ruin our stay. Second bedroom is very small so if you're a larger family, you may struggle but it worked sufficiently for a short stay for our son and 3 year old grandson. Not much floor space so any cots would need to go in the master.
