Clean, quiet, comfortable, very helpful and friendly polite staff.

Main stair carpet had one or two dirty foot/boot marks/oil stain on it which doesn’t give a first good impression.

Excellent location.

Excellent dinner, good selection of gluten free dishes for one of the party.

Reception was unattended when we arrived and it took a phone call to alert the owner. A method of calling someone to check one in other than using a mobile phone would be really helpful (perhaps an old fashioned bell?) Although the bathroom was generally very nice the washbasin had a couple of large cracks which rather spoiled the appearance of the whole. Room was a bit small but was as expected and fine for one night.

The staff were friendly and the food was ok.

The room was very basic and extremely expensive.

The seaview, comfortable bed and nice helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable in this pretty village.

The staff were very helpful and polite , made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived . Breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable cosy room with a wonderful view over the harbour. The staff were welcoming and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant. They sold proper beer on draught.
