Gaia House Hostel

Great location in San Blas next to a lovely cafe. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and we could leave our luggage. Good value for money.

It was quite noisy as our room was straight off the common area where music was played. With earplugs it was okay. Bathroom and kitchen could be a little cleaner.

The bed from the dorm was very comfy and clean!

They don’t have a comfy comum area. If you traveling solo and feel like to meet other people this is not the place!

The hostel is nestled down a lovely side street (no car access) but it was such a lovely peaceful stay. Very helpful and friendly staff that work there and lovely room!

The bathroom could do with being updated a little bit but otherwise great!

Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! The beds in the dorms are the best I’ve seen in dorms. So much privacy

Great location in San Blas. Comfortable beds with little dividers that makes it feel more like a private room than other dorm options. Good value and breakfast

Can be a little chilly at night perhaps, but I didn’t mind.

Kind and nice staff. Hot shower. Location- it is a bit uphill, but that wasn’t a problem for us. It is on the way if you plan to visit Mirador de San Cristobal and Calle de Siete Borreguitos - highly recommended.

The room was very small, with a crystal window door which felt like not having privacy since it was in the middle of the hallway, across the reception. Freezing cold but we did have very thick covers which warmed us up through the night. Breakfast ok but could have been more choices (scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, juice and butter & jam). Overall, felt like the price is too high for what you get.

Too noise during the night.and I was supposed to stay for two nights but I ended up staying for only one. And when I went to talk to the staff to let them know that I wasn't going to stay for the second night and I wanted my money Back they said I wasn't available to get it because it was late to them to get another person for the room . Even though I didn't sleep the second night.

I really liked this hostel. Had the best nights sleep here for a long time & a great location in such a cute area. Lovely big pillows & duvets, I loved the little pods you got in the dorm room. Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, enough for me and good value all in. One of my favourite hostels to stay, don’t hesitate to book.

The dorm room didn’t have much space to put your bag but you easily make it work :) A very chill, peaceful hostel I found so not wildly social but overall a great place
