The staff , the lady who's working there , she's so friendly...

What we saw online n the picture at at the gate is far far far different from what we encounter in our room. It was not clean, the bed was not comfortable, the ad n the reality is two different thing.

The facility was dirty. I had to pay an extra R160 because the room I had booked was smelling bad and the one I paid more for was even dirtier. The floor was not cleaned

The guesthouse is close to the event i was going to.

There was no electricity and no back up plan. The check out time according to the house keeper and booking.com does not match.

The place was not clean, blankets and sheets were old. Towels were even older. The toilet and shower were also very dirty
