Was left with no towels Floor collapsing at front door Was very dirty shower screen looked as if it has never been cleaned hairs in my bed hairs in the shower tray fag burns in furniture and very cold at night

Lovely clean site. Mobile home clean and comfy. Not too busy. Didn't use facilities club house and pool. Permit very pricey for 2 days. Site has pizza take away and chip shop. Arcade too

Restaurant basic food. Quite pricey but does have offers and at times kids eat for £1.00

location was good for a one night stopover before an early morning ferry. spacious area for our whole family to hang out and eat. last minute availability and plenty of beds.

the caravan had an interesting and unpleasant smell. the bathroom in the master bedroom did not have any toilet paper. the shower was not clean, dirty glass and hair left from the last guest. towels are not provided on one night stays (we were not informed of this until asking where the towels were located). there was an empty bottle of cleaner on the floor upon entry into the caravan. the floor seemed to be sinking and damaged right when stepping inside, and some of the beds did not have duvet covers. no wifi and very poor reception in the area. we did not receive any check in instructions by check in time and had to call the host.

The fact we liked about the property was cleanliness and was well organised..they have provided all of the necessary kitchen stuff..

We didn’t like that there wasn’t any new bedsheets and duvet covers..the heat wasn’t enough for us.. rooms became cold so quickly

Brilliant location, so near a beautiful little cove. Children loved it- especially catching crabs.

We had to wait more than an hour in the fish and chip shop for a takeaway.

Good location, spacious.

Smells of Cigarettes, oven doesn’t work properly, uncomfortable beds/pillows. Very outdated caravan.cigarette burns on the sofa and carpet, carpet very worn. we couldn’t use the BBQ as it was full of ash and a dirty grill. There was a sink in the floor by the front door. The Caravan needs a really good clean and hoover!! It didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we arrived! Stickers on the floor, flys dying, a flannel for a hand towel! Cutlery drawer was filthy dirty and we found a pair of tongs that were black and greasy.

Cushions left like somebody had been sat on them, dishes left on the washboard and room smelt like someone had recently left. Seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant or prior to arrival. We felt as if we were intruding on somebody already staying there I had to double check we'd not entered the wrong caravan. Would not recommend at all. Extremely disappointed and angry. Basic standards not met.
