The Loft Brighton

Great size studio flat. Very well decorated. Easy instructions to access key. Very close to the sea and town centre.

Windows could do with light curtains as everyone from the street outside can see in. When you close the shutters flat becomes very dark even in daytime. No shampoo, shower gels etc.

Early check in from owners as well as it was cozy but not for 3 persons

No hot water at all We had to take a cold shower and I am personally got sick and had to fly next day With bad cold

Well decorated, quiet and with comfortable beds. Very central location, with a great brunch place just on the ground floor. Clean place.

No hot water in the kitchen and the bathroom hot water was lukewarm at best. We only stayed for a couple of nights so we never raised the issue. The kettle really needs descaling, but otherwise cleaning standards are good. No fridge as such, but instead a wine cooler that is very noisy and doesn’t get really cold - not suitable for storing food.

It was really nicely decorated and very good location and also that you only have to go one flight of stairs to get to it

Great location, surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes and close to the beach.

Fantastic location, close to all the amenities and the beach. Clean, modern furnishing had great aesthetic appeal. We were 3 adults and it felt spacious enough with all of us in there. Great hosts, they were communicative and easy to contact.

There wasn't any mention in the listing that parking was not provided so an extra parking cost of £22 came as a surprise.
