Very cool area and lots of great shops nearby , easy access to the building

The property was very comfortable and quiet , nice facilities but the Tv in the house wasn’t a smart tv 😶 that kinda ruined a bit the mood because I couldn’t watched or play anything par from the programs showed on tv which were boring.

Communication with Charlotte was perfect. Very helpful. Great place to stay, right in the heart of Brighton.

Nothing everything was spot on

location was great for us. very close to the royal pavilion and shops. lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. apartment was a nice size and was very comfortable. check in and out was easy and efficient and great communication from hosts. very powerful shower which was refreshing from apartment renting!

the bathroom could use some tlc, mould patches on the ceiling from poor extraction. apartment was bright and modern but some wallpaper peeling in places and the skylight blinds were very dirty so we didn’t want to open them to gain more light in the room. we were getting ready for my friends wedding and could have used some more natural light.

lovely friendly hosts with great communication, fantastic layout and facilities, clean and tidy, comfortable furniture, great location!

As typical with apartments you could hear the above resident’s loud footsteps, but this wasn’t a frequent issue luckily, if you are a light sleeper it would be worth wearing earplugs as you can hear other people’s doors being knocked on. (I had to check our door a couple of times to make sure it wasn’t our door being knocked!) not a fault of the property though, just an apartment building issue!
