The Loft Brighton

The location of the property was fantastic, as soon as you leave the property you’re particularly on Brighton beach. The host Charlotte was great at communicating and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. I would recommend staying here for your trip.

The property is right near the Palace Pier and the Sea Life and many attractions... the property is managed well as the team was constantly in contact with us through messages to provide us the necessary updates.. the property has all the basic things required

there is always a chance for improvement... the kettle had too much of lime scale in it for our comfort to use it... the toaster also doesn't seem to have been cleaned...

Nice big studio room with plenty of facilities. Well located on a Main Street in Kemptown, close to the sea front, pier and city Center.

Bedroom open to the lounge so no privacy if you have anyone on the sofa bed.

This property was in the heart of Brighton, very close to beaches and shops and easy access everywhere. Comfy beds, good size bathroom and easy to use kitchen.

Only a couple things I would say about this property, the bed sheet on the sofa bed did have a stain on it when we arrived, and the food pots and pans were still dirty from the people before (which I know is no fault to the owner) the pillows were very lumpy on the sofa bed and the tap in the kitchen leaked from the bottom. All very small things and easy fixes.

The property is centrally located, clean and comfortable.

Don’t be deceived by the outside when in actual fact you have a hidden gem.

The location was good, and the apartment itself is good with the sofa bed in front of the TV. Overall value for money, we had a good time.

First of all, to find the keybox was tricky as the host said that it was the middle one but there was 4 of key boxes. The host also said, orange striped key box but it was not there so we had to call the host to ask where it was as it was a bit confusing. Going to the apartment, taking the stairs was a bit creepy as there are no lights and is a bit dark. There was dust underneath the bed where we found Tampons as we stepped on it which was inconvenient. There was no air-con, it was really hot with 26 degrees so it was hard to sleep during the night time.

The flat is so lovely and the location is great. Charlotte is also the best host, we had an issue and she jumped in to help us in a heartbeat. We’ll most certainly be back!

The wifi didn't work. We had a need to use it

Beautiful home clean and tidy. Just needed some washing up liquid and a tea towel. Prime location very close to pier and sea life centre and restaurants

Location was good. Good size accommodation. Instructions for access etc good.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and creaky. Only 4 mugs for hot drinks. Also asked to wash up all items on leaving which was fine but no washing up liquid was left. Cleaning spray and cloths had been left on shelves in bedroom on arrival.
