Service was very bad and also the food is worst

Even after bookimg it online and selecting option to pay at property , they called us to asl for 30% advance to pay online to confirm the booking

Hotel is around 500meters away from Mall Road and you have to walk on steep height, along with that you will get parking on your Luck, price is over hyped, never ever take their Delux normal room, its like a cage with no window. If u see a window, you cannot consider it as a window. Exhaust fans or TV are non operational. Pathetic stay. You will find much better rooms in 1200-1500inr inside mall road. Money doesnt matter, but ur time does !!

The room and the view outside the room was pretty nice. It also had facilities like a water heater, tea sachets, and the bed was pretty comfortable too. The location particularly is excellent because you could just walk up to mall road and get back to your hotel at anytime of the day or night.

The staff and food were below average, to say the least. When we asked to extend our stay, the reception guy quoted a much higher price than what we paid earlier—it almost felt like he didn’t want us to stay. The tea was extremely bad, and everything else we ordered was mid and overpriced. Definitely better to book all nights in advance and eat outside.
