The Novello By Hotel Evergreen- Mussoorie

It was a nice stay overall. It's a good 3-star hotel. Mostly it's staff is good, helpful and courteous. Room was clean and nice. A few highly recommended for this hotel. In the room, we faced high quality wall paintings. Also they can try and separate the shower area in bathroom. That is 100% best think in the hotel Room service was very nice but 1-2 times there was a bit delay. All in all a nice hotel to stay in as they serve you with a smile and are very considerate and try best to help you. I would surely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Hotel Novello by Evergreen It is walking distance from Mall Road Mussoorie with Rooftop attached Veg/Non Restaurant. My room and bathroom was clean and fully functional (ac, geyser, 1 table with 2 chairs and tv) but one think i will share you guys highly recommended property for stay in Mussoorie. They provide 1 towel and 1 soap and toiletries. Very Excellent room service, had asked for kettle/hot drinking water. they will provide me immediately Breakfast is complimentary. Overall i will share you one of the best property i was stay in mussorie.......😍😍🥳🥳

Rooms were too smelly and had more than 5-6 spider webs all over

Food was pathetic and when I complaint they do not bother to say sorry

Location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to mall road and the walk with a good view added fun to our trip. Also food was really great. We had breakfast and lunch

We pre informed the hotel about our early arrival and they agreed to it. Upon reaching hotel at 7:30 am, we were asked to wait till 12 pm. So communication could be better in this case. Not blaming the staff, they were really cooperative and also apologetic. Just that this can be handled better if communicated earlier

The experience was not nice.The room was not at all clean.There were insects we found under bed.not even basic required things like toileteries were provided.And the door was not sound proof.The next room group made excessive noise and we could not sleep. The kettle was broken and burned. we asked for hot water which was dirty.Plates were not washed properly.Other than the view from room nothing was good

The owner and the manager cancelled the Booking without even informing us , we have to pay the current price in order to stay , bathroom shower head was broken , the housekeeping staff was to be reminded many times In order to clean the room
