This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The room we were given was extremely dirty, suffocating, and completely different from what was shown online. It was nowhere close to being comfortable or stayable. There were hardly 3–4 staff members available, and no one was able to provide any support. When we asked for a refund because the room conditions were unacceptable, the sales person Himanshu behaved in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way. As a girl, I felt shocked by the kind of pathetic and disgusting remarks he made. He literally said, “mujhe farak nahi padhta, kitne bhi bad reviews daalo, jo karna hai kar lo.” The general manager didn’t bother to communicate, and there was no responsible person to solve our issue. To the owner: please hire trained, respectful staff and a sales team that knows how to speak to customers. Manage your property properly and maintain basic hygiene. In the end, we had to leave the property after paying them, wasting our time, money, and energy. Absolutely not recommended to anyone.

If you are planning to stay in Mussoorie, I would definitely recommend this hotel. You can enjoy beautiful mountain views from here, and the staff will take excellent care of you, making your stay truly amazing.

The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were courteous and the food was delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful. It was a great experience!
