The Novello By Hotel Evergreen- Mussoorie

As they comited breakfast at the time of booking but declined when we reached there

Checked 4 rooms, 101 - 102 were small, valley view was not clear, lift and stairs were coming. 201 was having balcony but as per staff, some monkey entered in room and the bed was torned and was pasted by brown tapes. Balcony handle was not working, staff was using plass

Almost everything except location

Had a very peaceful and calm stay. The staff was extremely supportive and respectful. The food was absolutely amazing, and the location is perfect — very serene with a beautiful view near Mall Road Mussorie... Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
