I booked the room. Photos are completely different from real picture when I visited there. Rooms are clumsy , foul smell , broken furniture.And I already paid the advance when I asked the staff to return they denied. Completely fraud. Instanty I booked the another hotel for stay.

Location

The hotel doesn't have a lift and u have to climb 3 flights.When we arrived the Lift connecting to the reception was non operational.Breakfast was available at 9 am not at 8am as mentioned. Hot water is an issue,Heater was chargeable even though the weather was sooper cold and it should have been the part of the package.

Very bad hotel, not water in toilet and bathroom, no hot water provided, not getting any response from the staff with repeted calling, not even sufficient drinking water , It's not value for money. It is not of standard to be included in Booking. Com

Great hospitality. The hotel is near and clean and nearby to the mall road.

Room facilities were not good. In washroom, hot water does not come every time. Electricity problem. The food doesn't taste good.
