Feel Porto Wine Essence Apartments

I liked all the information received prior to arriving. The communication with the hosts via whatsapp was easy and efficient prior, during and after my stay - they were very helpful and polite. The apartment was very well located and it was just right, in terms of size, facilities and cleanliness. Also, I loved the views from the little balcony.

We tried to use the cooking hob to make some eggs in the morning and it was a bit confusing, in the end we gave up - some intructions would have helped! Also the coffee machine didn't seem to work too well... But everything else (really everything else) was great.

der ausblick war wunderbar, wohnung super gut ausgestattet. wir waren sehr glücklich.

Value for money , close to the metro station General Torres (yellow line) .

The size of the beds , we had 2 single beds very narrow, with only one bedside table between them. There should have been another one so that we could place our belongings on it. Also, the bathroom ventilation fan should be operated separately from the light, because it was very noisy and there is no need for the ventilation to be running all the time whenever the bathroom light is on.

Location was good, 5 minutes to river front. Great view from apartment window. Comfortable beds. Very clean and everything you needed for a short stay in Porto.

Front door of property onto street was left open by other visitors. Digital check info a little confusing but staff on hand via messaging and via phone helped quickly.

Zelfs toen we meer dan een uur te laat aankwamen (problemen met vervoer), stond men nog te wachten om de sleutel van de voordeur te overhandigen. Verrassend was dat er een kuisploeg langs kwam in het midden van onze verblijfsperiode van 8 dagen (we werden hiervan een dag op voorhand keurig op de hoogte gebracht door middel van berichten vanuit de organisatie "feel porto Wine Essence Apartments") De wasplaats met zowel een wasmachine als droogkast is zeker een pluspunt. (zelfs een strijkijzer en haardroger ontbreken niet.

De verluchting in de badkamer viel wat tegen waardoor het vocht na het douchen vrij lang bleef hangen. Maar fel storend was dit dan ook weer niet.
