Feel Porto Wine Essence Apartments

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. It was well situated, an easy walk from the metro stop, bridge and down to the river, also the park where you could sit to watch the sunset over Porto. Although we didn't need it, the air conditioning worked well. The keyless entry system was great.

It had small windows looking out on the bottom of a highway bridge, so no outlook. The photos included on our booking confirmation had a lovely photo of a breakfast table set up beside a balcony window, a bit misleading and disappointing to find no such window in the apartment.

The team is very nice and did their best to fix the problem. They sent to three different appartments. One moldy one ( I couldn't sleep over) and two very comfortable ones. The last one was a bit far from the city.

Appartment smelled like MOLD. Paid a hotel from my own pocket for the first night (didn't get any refunds). The team moved me 5 times in 4 days, what led to exhaustion, canceling a hike and a trip to Lisboa + not enjoying the stay as planned.

Bedroom was higher than kitchen so I was not disturbing others in the night. Lots of space.

The window on the street on the ground floor. Some people just stopped and look through the window inside apartment. I did not feel comfotable with that.

Great location, helpful responsive staff, apartment was clean and well equipped. There's a nice view of Porto from apartment

Toilet seat needs fixing:-)
