This is a very complex review to write. Ultimately the location was fine but due to the negatives below, I’d never stay here again. If you don’t have a pet or small child, maybe this will be okay for you.

I woke up one morning to my dog investigating something in the bathroom. I got up and found that he had discovered a packet of rat poison in the bathroom. I had to rush him to an emergency vet on a Sunday morning. Thankfully, it was caught early and he lived. But I dread the thought that if he had found it the night before when I was out on the town, what a different story this could be. To the credit of the management of the property - they did refund my total cost of the stay and vet bills and came and spoke with me in person and I do believe they were sincerely apologetic. I do thank the management for their cooperation. However, for this to ever occur at what is listed as a pet friendly accommodation is absolutely unacceptable. If you take your pet to one of these apartments, be very cautious and inspect the room thoroughly.

Viel tegen dat we op de vierde etage zaten en die per trap moesten bereiken. Prima wanneer je jong bent, minder voor 70 plus. We waren eerst de enige gasten. Later hoorde we andere gasten in het trappenhuis. Verder rustig..

Lo único positivo es que pude hacer el check in antes y la llave era digital.

Mas allá de la limpieza, el olor de las cloacas era muy fuerte al punto de no dejarme dormir. Por otra parte viajé por trabajo y necesito la factura y no logro que me la envien. Las camas no eran cómodas y el primer piso por escalera tampoco ayudó. Y el contacto por whatsapp era confuso ya que tenían dos teléfonos diferentes. Por el tema de la factura no me responde nadie más ni tampoco la gente de Booking.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Está en un barrio muy tranquilo y muy cerca de Oporto y de la zona de bodegas.
