Location was great. Walking distance to lots, metro station, train station, mini grocery store, restaurants, waterfront and bridge. Area felt safe when walking alone at night. Being able to access building and suite with a code and/or phone was very handy.

The musty /Molly smell of the apartment due to the obvious water damage to the bathroom door frame and ceiling. The smell in the closet was so bad that I could not even use it. It was very apparent that the damage was not new. This should be fixed before renting out the suite anymore. The mattress is not comfortable at all because of the grove in the middle of it. I think it’s time for new mattresses in this suite.

The property has a great location if you don’t want to be directly in the centre. Very near the wine bar area and the Port houses. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Toilet seat need to be fixed. Really the only issue just needs to be fastened correctly.
