Fantastic service and beautiful, quiet location

We got quite sick from food or water consumed at the hotel. The driver for the transportation we arranged through the hotel from the airport was terrible - driver was incredibly dangerous

The view is unbeatable and the facilities are beautiful and feel truly luxurious. The bathrooms are large and you've never had such a view while taking a shower. There's so many little details added to make the stay so very special. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. We stayed on the higher level rooms located 150 steps up, near to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. It was always worth climbing up with those incredible views of the lake. I stayed in various places around the lake and this view was just unmatchable.

I love eating well, and personally, I thought the food at the restaurant was very low quality for such a hotel (and such prices). We had a starter with cucumbers and a cheese pasta for dinner. If it didn't cost that much it would just have been a bad dinner, but for that price is was quite pathetic. After that we prefered paying for a Tuc Tuc to drive us to town and eat there instead. The included breakfast is simply coffee, fruit and bread with jam. You can order a full breakfast from their menu, which starts at around 20usd (this seems absurdly expensive to me). There is a second restaurant on site but it offers only meat and the only vegetarian option is a salad, so we didn't try that one. The service at the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were always friendly. Which is why I can still give a 10 to my overall stay.

Prime location with great sunset and amazing nature. The staff was very attentive, and the service impeccable. Many nice common areas to enjoy inside the hotel with beautiful decor and interesting art .

Although the food was mostly good, it was not as good as I would have expected from a Relais & Chateaux gastronomically rated kitchen

The property was beautiful, just as you can see in the pictures. Two amazing pools and incredible staff.

The food at both restaurants was very average. 6.8 is very bland and nothing really special about any meal we had there. We also ate at Kinnik which was a bit better, but for a bbq meats restaurant they only had 2/7 options available.
