"Schönes Ambiente, schlechter Service."

Gute Lage.

Das Essen war nicht gut, die Wartezeiten beim Abendessen, um einen freien Tisch zu bekommen, waren deutlich zu lang und das Personal war gestresst und unfreundlich.

Speisen waren lecker.

Personal war C-Bssetzung. Mini Club nur 1 Dame für alle Kinder den ganzen Tag! Gebucht für 8 Zimmer, 22 Personen, aber keinerlei Wertschätzung, da wir über booking.com kamen - wurde uns eiskalt zu spüren gegeben. Bademantel gegen tägliche Gebühr. Bedienungen ignorieren ganz dezent einen. Und das ganze toppt der Manager - der ist einfach fehl am Platz!!

Gute Architektur, klein und überschaubar. Sehr leckeres Essen!

Katastrophaler Service - von KOPF bis Fuß! Der Manager persönlich ist nicht für diese Position geeignet. Unerklärlich wie er dahin gekommen ist. Von kundenzufriedenheit überhaupt keinen Plan. Service beim Essen usw. schlecht. Bademäntel gegen Gebühr, Indoorpool zu kalt, Gözleme Frau UNFREUNDLICHKEIT in Person.

Yemek alanında çalışan garsonlar Avrupalı müşterilere yaranmak için etraflarında dönüyolar Türk müşterilerin yüzlerine bile bakmıyorlar bu hiç hoş davranışlar degil eşit davranılması gereken güzel ülkemde böyle durumlarla karşılaştık ve bir çok insan bu durumdan rahatsız oldu sadece girişte gece olarak çalışan personel çok adildi ve yemek yerinde Ali isminde bir personel nazik ve ilgiliydi yılbaşı için 2 oda ve gala yemeğini satın almamıza rağmen Türkler olarak en arka masalara vermişler bu durumdan rahatsız olduğumuzu ve 2 ay önce rezervasyon yaptığımızı söylememize rağmen NATALİ Hnm surat ve tavır yaparak bizi kolon arkasında bir masaya laik gördü bu kadar iyi olanaklara sahip olan kaliteli otele bunlar hiç yakışmadı …
