The food was amazing the stuff was amazing and omg the hotel and activities are amazing

The fact they didn't had iron, but they have laundry so I am perfectly fine

There was so many things to like, but what stood out for me was the inclusion. As a parent of a child with additional needs, that is a lifestyle. You have got to move around them which could make it less of an holiday. I know many parents do this, but it's different for SEND parents. Royal Wings Hotel accommodated my child’s needs on all facets. They made adaptation to his rigid diet, provided fan as he bleeds through his nose, (heater was central), they had free childcare as mini club which allowed me rest or study as I had forthcoming exams getting back to London. They included him with entertainment nights 🤗. The staff were phenomenal, he literally became popular on the trip amongst guests and staff. On the day of checkout, the manager gave us extra hours, until 4pm free because our flight was in the evening. Honestly, I could ho on and on. In my son's words, "It was a good holiday mummy." And good means Excellence in his world 👌🫶🤗.

The location, the staff, the food choices, the facilities, and the reception service. I will try to revisit this hotel for my next holiday
