The hotel was amazing, good facilities everything just amazing the staff friendly. There was always a restaurant opened to eat when you got hungry.

If you go for lunch or dinner 1 hour after starting time it’s hard to find somewhere to sit. Staff don’t even help you to look for a place to sit. I understand that their busy clearing tables but maybe there should be a staff member that’s designated to help guests with finding seating . 2 occasions I had to come back later when the seating was available.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, es gab hier nichts, was uns gestört hat. Einfach grandios Alles sauber und gepflegt, fast alle Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch, das Büfett bietet alles, was man nur Essen kann, der Service ist erstklassig, die Zimmer sauber, wie auch das Bad, die Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt, auch mit Bier, der Strand ist mit Liegen und Überdachung ausgestattet, nebst Beachbar, die Animation abends sorgt für gute Laune, und die Anlage ist so groß, dass man nicht eingeengt wird, TOP

Da gibt es nichts zu berichten, denn das Hotel & die Anlage bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie brauchen und darüber hinaus.

הזמנתי חדר סטנדרטי ובקשתי שיהיה בקומה גבוהה נתנו לנו בקומה ראשונה ונוף נורא ולא יפה בקשתי לשדרג לחדר SV לים ושלמתי מחיר יקר מאוד פי 3 מאתר בוקינג באתר בוקינג תוספת 100 דולר לחדר SV אבל לא היתה זמינות לחדר ובמלון היתה זמינות ושלמתי כמעט 300 דולר עבור השידרוג

the hotel is 5 start but there is no tooth brush and no toothpaste when i ask they told me we dont provide it
