"Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber sehr viele Mängel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel"

Die Lage war sehr schön, Außenanlagen waren gepflegt. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, Mini Bar wurde täglich aufgefüllt.

Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Essen fast jeden Tag gleich, keine Originalgetränke, kein Entsafter, nichts exklusives. Service gerne gegen Trinkgeld, überall Tip-Boxen. A-la-carte-Restaurants nur gegen Aufpreis (mind. 20 € p. P. Aufwärts), deshalb alle geschlossen. Bademäntel kosten extra. Kinderanimation und Abendprogramm extrem eintönig. Wenig Personal in der Lobby, keine Decken oder Heizstrahler auf der Terrasse. Für diese Hotelkategorie nicht zu empfehlen.

Mir haben besonders die vielfältigen Aktivitäten sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem war das Personal rund um die Uhr präsent und stets gut gelaunt, was die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Was ich allerdings als störend empfunden habe, waren die ständigen Bemerkungen darüber, dass wir aus Deutschland kommen und deshalb Geld, Auto usw. hätten. Solche Aussagen hört man leider in vielen Hotels in der Türkei und ich würde mir wünschen, dass das in Zukunft unterlassen wird.
