We missed the turn to the hotel and the sat navigation told us we had reached our destination and we were on the road behind the trees. Clear sign posting on the turn would be suggested.

The location, a beautiful garden and an excellent breakfast.

A small room that needed decoration. The mattress was collapsed on one side. An unusable shower as hot setting could not be lowered. A lovely dining room but the menu was the same as the uninspired bar food

the room was supposed to be a superior double .. faults .. dirty shower / room carpet smell / bed had cobwebs around the alcove and bed base ragged bits / tv could not use / during our stay room was not checked or cleaned during 3 nights . shower not cleaned after use.. the room door had damage marks as if someone tried to break in .,.

Everything as always. Staff exceptional, very polite and attentive but not obtrusive. Food excellent. Thank you.
